DINNER:
We offer a selection of three tasting menus, served in the refined atmosphere of the Michelin-starred Stube Hermitage restaurant.
LUNCH:
Lunch is served at the Hotel Restaurant, with an à la carte menu and panoramic views of the Dolomites.
The chef’s offering also includes a small selection of dishes from the Michelin-starred Stube Hermitage.
Advance reservation is required.
The restaurant is closed for lunch on December 31st and January 1st.

The restaurant is closed on Mondays, and the tasting menu is available only at dinner.
